Since its opening on March 2, 1991, Casa de Cultura has become the central meeting point for the local community.
Mayor Vicente Arques stressed that after all these years, the basic vision is still standing:
“Making culture accessible to all citizens. This anniversary is a tribute to all those who have made culture the true trademark of l’Alfàs.”

The municipality now has 14 cultural venues and organizes 12 regular festivals every year (such as the famous Film Festival, Mozartmanía and l’Alfàs & Jazz).
