CasaCheck Costa Blanca offers professional property management and maintenance for owners in the region. Whether it is regular inspections, key management or complete renovation projects, we make sure your (vacation) home stays in top condition while you are away.

Housing management and control

Inspections: periodic inspection of your home and grounds, including additional inspections after extreme rainfall or storms;
Reporting: recording meter readings for water and electricity and direct contact in case of necessary repairs;
Unburdening: professional cleaning before arrival or after departure and reliable key management for your guests;
Safety: checking the fuse box, flushing pipes and airing all rooms.

Renovation and maintenance

Construction partner: complete guidance from a to z for renovations, where we are your permanent point of contact in Dutch, English or German;
Quality: cooperation with experienced local craftsmen for various projects such as:
- modern Ibiza-style kitchens;
- the construction of new terraces and outdoor spaces;
- minor repairs or large-scale modifications;
Transparency: clear quotes with a fixed price, so you know exactly where you stand with no surprises later.

Our packages

Bronze: monthly exterior inspection and storm control for €25 per month;
Silver: bi-weekly exterior inspection for €45 per month;
Gold: monthly comprehensive interior and exterior inspection for €50 per month;
Platinum: the most complete care with a bi-weekly check of the entire home for €90 per month.

Scope of work

We operate in a large part of the Costa blanca, including Xaló, Benissa, Moraira, Teulada, Orba and the surrounding villages. Our contracts have a term of 12 months and can be terminated monthly thereafter.
